DUPLICATE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED. Only the LAST appointment made will be saved.
YOU WILL GET ONLINE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PRINTED CONFIRMATION.
POSSIBLE REASONS FOR NOT GETTING A PRINTED CONFIRMATION INCLUDE:
- CONFIRMATION GOING TO SPAM OR JUNK MAIL
- INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS
- YOU HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED FROM GETTING EMAILS FROM THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
- If you need two appointments (i.e. doing a tax return for parent, etc.), please use their name on the second appointment.
- If you need an appointment for multiple tax years, make a separate appointment for each year.

Appointment preparation -- CLICK HERE to download, print, & complete the Intake and Interview Form. You can also go to any Tax Site on the days they are open to get a copy. OR come in at least 15 minutes early to complete the I&I
Bring the following to your appointment:
- Your completed Intake and Interview Form
- A government issued Photo ID and Social Security Card (or SSA-1099).
- Supporting documents for the year in question
- Copy of Your 2023 Tax Return
If you have a Brokerage statement, make the appointment after March 1 to ensure statement availability.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.

- STANDARD RETURN: INDIVIDUAL TAX RETURNS, USING THE STANDARD DEDUCTION OR ITEMIZING DEDUCTIONS. PRIMARILY FOR 2024 TAX RETURNS (OUR MAIN FOCUS). Available for Tax Returns for 2022 and 2023 if not filed previously.
- AMENDED RETURN: 2024 Amended returns AFTER you have paid your taxes or received your refund. Amended Tax Returns for 2021, 2022 and 2023 (Colony Cottage Only)
