You don't have to be an AARP member or a retiree to use this free service.

If you have general tax questions we can answer those questions without an appointment. Email us at taxquestions@villagestaxaide.com to ask tax questions.

We have two types of tax return appointments you can choose from:

STANDARD RETURN: Individual returns for 2024 tax year. Also can be used if you haven’t filed 2021, 2022 or 2023 tax returns.

AMENDED RETURN: Amended returns AFTER you have paid your taxes or received your 2024 refund. Amended Tax Return appointments can be for tax years 2021, 2022 and 2023.

After you make an appointment you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. DO NOT make another appointment if you do not receive an email confirmation.

There are a number of reasons that you may not receive an email confirmation of your appointment. These include:

Check to see if your email is going to your spam or junk folders

You could have given us the incorrect email address

You unsubscribed from receiving emails on our scheduling app

If you need two appointments (i.e. doing a tax return for parent, etc.), please use their name on the second appointment.

If you need appointments for multiple tax years, please make a separate appointment for each year.

If you have a Brokerage statement(s), make your appointment after March 1 to ensure statement availability.

DUPLICATE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Only the LAST APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED will be saved
